It's usually instant unless they're having server issues - which they do once in a while. I suggest just waiting, they'll get back to you within a few days (They take the weekends off generally).

Sounds silly, but if youre waiting on an email, also check all folders, not on mobile, i use desktop, sometimes it might get send into spam, not important messages, trash and so on.

I ordered my key 3 days ago and still dont got the licence key. I tried to contact them via homepage but no response ;/
