becuase the ps4 singnal is really good in my whole bedroom if i was able to use it then i was able to use my vita 24/7 without any lagg

Move your router or play your vita closer to the router.

i know mine is in the garage in the wire closed i told my dad already that is the worst place to have your router

haha yea true. But um, you could use your phone as a hotspot while on your wifi and then connect the vita to that hotspot or use a laptop or desktop as a hotspot also.

Yea u can use ur phone, laptop or desktop as a hotspot.
