(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I bought the AV.io 4k and they recommended that i select the 2160p rgb option for best quality, i have it hooked up to a splitter, there are 3 4k capable hdmi cords hooked up to it but the option on ps4 still says unsupported. Need help finding a solution, i have tried 2 more hdcp 2.2 capable splitters and its still not working.

Does the splitter support it ? Try pluging the hdmi in the back of the tv direct. If it still doesn't highlight you have to go in the tv settings in most cases .I have an LG tv and my ps4 hdmi direct to the tv.For me to get 2160p RGB i must go in the tv settings then select General - HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Colour. From there it shows my 3 hdmi ports switched off at default.select the hdmi socket your PS4 is connected to then switch it to on.Then it should work.

The splitter is almost guranteed to be the problem. You need to drop £50 on a good one that will do the 4:4:4 chroma. Make sure your's supports 4k 60hz, hdr etc... A lot of the cheap splitters just do 4k resolution at minimum specs.

Also make sure the splitter is in the correct HDMI input. My TV is a 2016 model and has 4 HDMI inputs but only one supports HDR and 4:4:4 60hz.
