(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey, ngu I'm wondering if anyone here has had this problem.

Alright well I was playing ps4 an I clicked remove disc on the screen an I was being inpatient an I removed the disc while the it was removing by its self.
Then it thought it still had the disc in it I guess and it kept trying to remove
So I hesitated an I turned off my ps4
Then turned it back on
Then it kept doing it so I put a disc in it and it stopped but now it stutters when I put in disc and remove disc. What should I do.

Update now it Won't even let me insert a a disc in it.

Clean it up and exchange it for a new one.

Really? Well first you remove as much dust particles from the inside as well as anywhere else you see dust. Then with 71% rubbing alcohol wipe the outside of the casing. 90% rubbing alcohol will eat the plastic so stick with 71%. Donzo

Lmfao my dude lmfao.
But honestly I may just go thru Sony since I wouldn't have to worry about messing it up. Worse case happens is they give me a refurbished ps4.
I'd go thru a local repair shop but I honestly don't trust repair shops.

If you go through Sony you might as well just bye a brand new one. They make you pay to ship to them n pay shipping to get to you. Not a light shipping fee. GameStop is your best bet, just have it cleaned.
