THIS SAVESET IS FOR EU - CUSA03986
SAVE instructions follows this format: SAVE_NAME - VIDEO GUIDE POSITION
For every pack, you should only use files from inside the package. Nothing more, nothing less.
Remember to make a backup of your own progress before using this saveset.
Also keep in mind that this is non-story saveset so you should first complete the game to get all story related unmissable trophies.

VIDEO GUIDE:
CHAPTER SELECT (MAIN GAME + GAME ADD-ONS)
This Save File unlocks all chapters from both MAIN GAME and GAME ADD-ONS and it let you replay them.
ENDING - NORMAL
Despite this is non-story saveset I've uploaded an endgame save on normal just in case someone need it.
1999 MODE
It's unlocked after you beat the game.
TIP: You can also unlock 1999 Mode earlier by inputting the Konami Code at the Main Menu screen of BioShock: Infinite.:

Not today, because for now the only way is the Save Wizard's Advanced Mode and Bioshock Collection isn't supported. However, the PS4 hacking scene has recently started to move faster and I hope there will be open source save decryptor soon. As far as I know, Charlyzard is working on it. To sum up, you can either ask Save Wizard Team to add support for that game or wait for free, public and open source save decryption method.
Is that program around now? That would indeed be awesome. Lol

Thanks for the set dude, I'm assuming it's because I'm new at re-regioning but most of the saves had me starting at a different location than the videos; but thankfully was still able to get them to pop the trophies for the saves.
