Do a barrel roll!
THIS SAVESET IS FOR EU - CUSA03986
SAVE instructions follows this format: SAVE_NAME - VIDEO GUIDE POSITION
For every pack, you should only use files from inside the package. Nothing more, nothing less.
Remember to make a backup of your own progress before using this saveset.
Also keep in mind that this is non-story saveset so you should first complete the game to get all story related unmissable trophies.

VIDEO GUIDE:
CHAPTER SELECT (MAIN GAME + GAME ADD-ONS)
This Save File unlocks all chapters from both MAIN GAME and GAME ADD-ONS and it let you replay them.
ENDING - NORMAL
Despite this is non-story saveset I've uploaded an endgame save on normal just in case someone need it.
1999 MODE
It's unlocked after you beat the game.
TIP: You can also unlock 1999 Mode earlier by inputting the Konami Code at the Main Menu screen of BioShock: Infinite.:

Hi, did you managed to re-region all the saves? I tried many of them and when you load them, they get stuck in the loading screen or errors....

OK, I tried to re-region the following to [US] and they work:
BURIAL AT SEA EP1 - COLLECTIBLES
BURIAL AT SEA EP2 - FILE 3 COLLECTIBLES
CLASH IN THE CLOUDS - BLUE RIBBON
CLASH IN THE CLOUDS - STARTER SAVE
This DOES NOT works:
BURIAL AT SEA EP2 - FILE 1998 is not working as once re-region, it will get stuck in the loading screen.
I hope someone could give this a try, best if you could share the working savefile. Thanks!

wow,you managed to get them working,the rest of dlc trophies I earn all trophies legit (except for the blue ribbon which pops up after all dlc trophies earned,glitched in a good way haha) O_O
I do have BURIAL AT SEA EP2 - FILE 1998 save backup,I upload it once I managed to finished up my stuff here
but atleast I can differentiate some SAV are belong to main game or dlc,can tell by few rows savedata which has
DLCA = Clash in Cloud
DLCB = Episode 1
DLCC = Episode 2
