All you have to do is load it up and collect the last Ancient Tomb in Libeccio.

All you have to do is find the Squalo X7 and bring to the garage but first you must upgrade the tethers to maximum level by obtaining 15 gears by completing the scrapyard challenges.
My friend provided me with a save file for Just Cause 3. The traits for save file are:-
1. Platinum earned by this save.
2. No DLC installed. Base game only.
3. 63% trophies unlocked.
4. EU [CUSA-02747]
5. 5.00

I managed to get another save file for Just Cause 3 but this time it's for the american version. The traits for save file are:-

I can't test the EU save file but i tested the US version of the game and i managed to unlock lots of trophies. I unlocked the following:-
1. Getting it in Gear.
2. You've Got Gear.
3. A Real Gear-Getter.
4. All the Gears.
5. Chaos Millionaire.
6. Winner Takes All, Again
7. Can't Touch This
8. MOD Initiate.
9. MOD Specialist.
10. MOD Tinkerer.
11. Supply and Demand.
12. Three Holy Hideaways.
13. Feat Fetish.

Turn off every mod then quit the hub then return to the hub and turn them on and wait for 1 min it will pop.
For feat fetish just on online mode dive from a highest place with your wings on it will pop too.
for supply and demand do 1 or 2 other encounter in the world it should pop too. (I suggest vehicle delivery and gate opening thing)

I turned off all gear mods, left the menu, and roamed around a bit. After a few minutes I went back in the menu and activated all mods in all categories. MOD Specialist still hasn't popped.
As for Feat Fetish, I did get that one. I noticed a few of the feats had not yet been finished, so I did those and the trophy popped instantly.
