My guess would be one is disc and one is digital. That sort of split is more common in EU than it is in US. It could also be that some countries have different trophy lists or have censored versions within the general EU region, which also happens a lot.

i used Advanced mode to export the cusa375 file to my cusa082 savegame , it worked great.
but months ago i used the same with the evil wizhin 2 but it didnt worked well.

More people had this issue i think it is because of the game

I want to say yes although it's been a while - think I remember some DLC saves being re-regioned - but I'm almost positive there are already some US saves for these trophies lurking around somewhere.
