No, there is no difficulty trophy.
Only trophy based on difficulty is "Fire and Brimstone - Complete all of the Trials Muspelheim"
This trophy requires the normal and hard trials, defeat the Valkyrie, and earn the bronze/silver/gold in the impossible VI gauntlet trial
