No, stopped being an instant plat a while back.
I believe there is still a way around it try to sync you will get the error then delete the data (in game) and it should pop the trophies you would need 4 saves though to pop all 4 stacks instead of 1

ok i tried to follow your instructions,but after the error, you have either try again or cancel, if your reset game data you get nothing but everything locally is now locked
