It’s the same method which is in Darksouls 2 & 3.
Make a backup save then drop everything to a friend download the backup save. Load it and let your friend give you the items that you gave it to him

Great work. I wouldn't be able to use the saves myself as I'm US, but could I ask a favor? Could you please send your saves to the Save Wizard team? Especially with the number of boss souls and items that your saves apparently have, they could go a long way. Not just for adding this title to SaveWizard's list, but also for letting them sort out particular Item IDs.
Ideally I'd hope they support Advanced Mode if they do add this title, but if not then using their own quick codes to adjust item quantities is almost as good. They've gotten Item IDs wrong a few times though, including with Souls games, which is why I'd hope for Advanced Mode.
