Hello there, here is my platinum save. U only need replay Black sun mission for get the last trophy "See all endings".
See all endings
-Replay Black Sun
-Let Ryan and Coel Die in Black Sun
-Choose Beyond

Yes It is 00495 only , checked n tried multiple times
In that case I'm not positive what could be going on. Have you successfully resigned other saves? This download looks like valid PS4 save files, and it is CUSA00495, so if your copy of the game is also 00495, then the game should be recognizing it as long as you have resigned it correctly.
I could help more if I knew exactly what steps you were taking and at what exact stage of the process you run into trouble. In the game itself? When trying to copy it from USB stick to the PS4? Sometime before then? You can always send me a PM.
