The second save is 99% only 1 challenge left which is top of the class for earning 10 million points it's at 9,982,xxx. After completing the challenge unlock the last upgrade.
1. Top of the class
2. Perfectionist
3. Unleashed

SW can't detect the second save unfortunately. It recogizes infamousUser0 only. Not infamousUser2. I tried changing the file by removing the two and adding a zero, but it gives me an error.
Seriously starting to give me a headache trying to find saves for this game. I only need the "Top of my class" trophy for the platinum. I might as well go ahead and do it legit.

If I recall, that one is cumulative, so it requires less skill than it does patience. If you don't see a save for it, you might spend that time better racking up the score for it since even a bad attempt should still count for the trophy. I could be wrong though.
