Save 01 - Last Base camp before fight last boss in game.
Save 02 - Before Start Last Mission in Deadly
Load Save 03 and pick up the last relic and pop up Dr. Croft and Completionist trophy.

You have to do all 13 side missions for it to pop , its a wrong trophy description.
And for the knife there is a savegame here on this site, i can put the link in here in case Sandru wants to add it
