The 4 hardest gold trophies of Metal Slug XX:
Go to Combat School and play any stage then lose and popup:
Targets Eliminated!
Clear all Target Elimination missions with Rank A or above.
All Your Base
Clear all Base Assault missions with Rank A or above.
Thank You!
Clear all POW Rescue missions with Rank A or above.
Trained Especially Well
Clear all Special Training missions with Rank A or above.

Unless I'm simply missing it, I'm not seeing Metal Slug XX as a Save Wizard-supported game, meaning no chance it could be re-regioned (needs to be SW AND Advance Mode). You could always post a request in our Requests section:

Does it also have Advanced Mode?
I don't know dude i open yesterday save wizard and i see metal slug 3 and metal slug XX in the first page of save wizard with other games insert. I need to finish other games and later i download metal slug from psn now and need to test. Metal slug XX have only all level unlocked and metal slug 3 have god mode and other things and i think for the trophy with finish the game with 5 continues need to test if you use god mode
