(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Guitar Hero Live servers going down December 1st I am working on strumillionaire after I lost my save that had about 730k strums. The link will be updated as I go so it is at 999,789 I think is the final strum count the trophy is now obtainable easily with the save.

No a save would have to be made before those trophies are achieved as far as I know.
