I would have uploaded a save on the final stage, but I cannot beat the mines myself; it's the hardest level of the game. So if you manage to beat it, please upload your save file! Defeating both "Mines of Death" and the following "Final Inferno" without dying will unlock the following trophy:

Finish the story on Psychotic

All collectables have been found on this save. Completing any stage (or dying on Psychotic) should automatically unlock the following two trophies:

Obsessive collector
Collect all the skittles
Moment of sanity
See all the 'Moment of sanity' sequences
