NOTE: If you want to reduce the number of resigns, you can probably use the last save from The Path Home (5. Chel Game & 6. Chak Attack) and do all the Time and Score attacks on that save.
This method is untested, however.

1. The Forge

1. Destiny's Trialed, 2. Heir Born & 3. Bleeding Edge
- Finish the tomb, starting at 22:30 of for Destiny's Trialed.
- Then, travel back to the waypoint and watch/skip the cutscene for Heir Born. Please note, if you haven't played the base game yet, getting this trophy will also unlock Help thy Neighbor and Good Samaritan, so make sure you have these trophies already.
- Go to a base camp and equip the Umbrage 3-80 - Shade shotgun and the Brocken - Shadow outfit for Bleeding Edge. Exit out of the inventory menu for the trophy to pop.
4. Echoes of the Fast & 5. Echoes of the Furious - Resign both parts of the save. Complete the Time Attack and Score Attack for the Forge of Destiny tomb, and any time/score you get will unlock the trophy, even if it's not good enough for a bronze.

1. That Was A Breeze
- Climb up the stairs and interact with the structure.
2. Go With The Flow & 3. Eyes Of The Storm
- Go straight ahead to the person in front of you and watch/skip the cutscene for Go With The Flow.
- After the cutscene, access the base camp in front of you and equip the Oathtaker’s Bow - Eternal Sentinel and the Sinchi Chiqa Battle Dress - Honor Guard outfit for Eyes Of The Storm. Exit out of the inventory menu for the trophy to pop. If you can't equip the outfit, fast travel to a base camp in Kuwaq Yaku and equip from there.
4. Float Like A Butterfly & 5. Sting Like A Bee - Resign both parts of the save. Complete the Time Attack and Score Attack for the Path of Huracan tomb, and any time you get will unlock the trophy, even if it's not good enough for a bronze.

The Pillar

3. The Nightmare

1. Monkey Do, 2. Harmony & 3. Creature Comforts
- Finish the tomb, starting at 9:00 of for Monkey Do.
- The game will automatically send you back to the end of the mission. Watch/skip the cutscene for Harmony.
- After the cutscene, access the base camp in front of you and equip the Griff of Fear - White Knuckles axe and the Scales of Q - Feathered Serpent outfit for Creature Comforts. Exit out of the inventory menu for the trophy to pop. If you can't equip the outfit, fast travel to a base camp in Kuwaq Yaku and equip from there.
4. Howl Long & 5. Organ Grinder - Resign both parts of the save. Complete the Time Attack and Score Attack for the Howl of the Monkey Gods tomb, and any time/score you get will unlock the trophy, even if it's not good enough for a bronze.

The Nightmare

1. Mushroom With A View
- Finish the tomb, starting at 23:05 of for Mushroom With A View.
2. He Ain't Heavy & 3. Dressed For Success
- Go to the waypoint (it's about 70 feet Northeast from where you spawn, use R3 to help find it) and watch/skip the cutscene for He Ain't Heavy.
- After the cutscene, access the base camp where you spawned and fast travel to Kuqak Yaku; once there, equip the Silent Sting - Scorpion handgun and the Hunter's Array - Apex outfit for Dressed For Success. Exit out of the inventory menu for the trophy to pop.
4. Go Cart & 5. Cannonized - Resign both parts of the save. Complete the Time Attack and Score Attack for The Sixth Seal tomb, and any time/score you get will unlock the trophy, even if it's not good enough for a bronze.

The Price of Survival

5. The Serpent's Heart

1. Hydro Power, 2. Whole World Blind & 3. Spoiled For Choice
- Finish the tomb, starting at 33:59 of for Hydro Power.
- Then finish the mission (skip to 36:41 of the above video if you need guidance). Watch/skip the cutscene for Whole World Blind.
- After the cutscene, find a base camp and use it to fast travel to Kuwaq Yaku; once there, equip the Serpent Lash - Godslayer bow and the Dragon Scales - Legend outfit for Spoiled For Choice. Exit out of the inventory menu for the trophy to pop.
4. Rapids & 5. Go Fish - Resign both parts of the save. Complete the Time Attack and Score Attack for the Slayer's Gauntlet tomb, and any time/score you get will unlock the trophy, even if it's not good enough for a bronze.

The Serpent's Heart

6. The Grand Caiman

1. Caiman Conquered
- Finish the tomb (go straight, turn right, then go straight ahead) for Caiman Conquered.
2. Leaping Lizards & 3. Ready To Rumble
- Talk to Jonah in the courtyard. Watch/skip the cutscene for Leaping Lizards.
- After the cutscene, go back to the base camp you spawned from and use it to equip the Whispering Scourge - Pandemic shotgun and the Reptile Hide - Leviathan outfit for Ready To Rumble. Exit out of the inventory menu for the trophy to pop.
- If you want to limit resigns you can just play on from Caiman Conquered; there's a short battle and then you're back to Jonah. But the loading screens are so long that it's probably a wash in terms of time saved, which is why I made a separate save.
4. Zip It & 5. Offshore Count - Resign both parts of the save. Complete the Time Attack and Score Attack for the Zipacna's Craving tomb, and any time/score you get will unlock the trophy, even if it's not good enough for a bronze.

The Grand Caiman

7. The Path Home

1. Put Herself Together, 2. Moonlight Sonata, 3. Seasoned Pro & 4. Moonlit Knight
- Finish the tomb--run straight ahead--for Put Herself Together.
- Watch/skip both cutscenes for Moonlight Sonata and Seasoned Pro. Seasoned Pro will pop once the Tunic of the Shorn One is awarded, which takes a moment.
- Find a base camp and use it to equip the Silver Strike - Moonbeam bow and the Midnight Sentinel - Farseer outfit for Moonlit Knight. Exit out of the inventory menu for the trophy to pop.
5. Chel Game & 6. Chak Attack - Resign both parts of the save. Complete the Time Attack and Score Attack for the Mother Protector tomb, and any time/score you get will unlock the trophy, even if it's not good enough for a bronze.

Miscellaneous saves

Underwater Archeologist

Load the backup save (press L2+R2 to make it appear) and once you dive down into the water, the Relic is slightly behind you, near one of the chests for the Sunken Treasure Challenge. If you need help it's at 0:16 of the below video. Once you download the save, get rid of the (2) so the save can be loaded.

Possible alternative: Apparently you can just Continue as opposed to loading the backup save, then open two chests in the lake area. So if the backup save doesn't work, try to Continue instead. Thanks to SirMicolash from NGU for this tip.

Good Samaritan

Just continue (don't load backup save) and go to the girl on the little island 10 feet from spawn and the trophy will pop. Don't forget to delete the (3) from the download.

That's a Knife

Just play the Save Hakan mission and it should pop. It didn't pop for me the first time I think because either 1) I skipped the cutscene at the end or 2) It somehow interfered with the Save Hakan trophy popping at the same time. So, if you run into the same problem just keep reloading the save and doing the mission. It's quick to complete.
