Trophies you will get;

A) "Tombstone" ~ Complete the game on Hard. For this all you have to do is the last mission which is pretty easy. This trophy unlocks while the credits are scrolling. (if i can get the save to save at a checkpoint closer to the end I will try that)

B) "Wolf" ~ Complete the game on Normal. You get this trophy also at the end of the last mission along with "Tombstone" & "Fish"

C) "Fish" ~ Complete the game on Easy. You get this trophy also at the end of the last mission along with "Tombstone"
& "Wolf"

D) Either ~ "For Tombstone" - "For The People" - "For The Cause" Will be unlocked during the last part of the last mission depending on personal preference.

I'm unable to access the download so cannot confirm - Do you have it at the moment? Looks like I went in for an edit a couple of months ago but did not touch the CUSA. The CUSA you've given is for EU/AU, not US, so if that's correct I'd have to change a few things around. However I normally confirm through the actual download, which again I cannot at the moment.
