LoL yes you can buddy unlike Xbox 1 you can access the game save data so people like me who upgraded from a 500GB HD to a 4TB HD following the same exact steps as Alt posted nice tutorial by the way Alt.

Saves do not work, they copy fine to ps4 but when loading in game, you get message saying saves are damaged and will not load.
