Nothing really pops with this, since the profile save has already done everything.
Simply playing the epilogue, and watching it til the credit rolls will pop - A KNIGHT NO MORE, and that's about it.
This is also US.

It depends on game by game
some saves wont work if they are already over the reqruiment
some allow you to do 1 more of each to let the trophies pop
and some just pop instant
