No you will not instantly get the platinum on the game... that is not what a platinum save means. the only games that give you platinum are called instant platinums.

anyone tested this yet ? kinda want to test it but need to delete almost all my games for just putting it on my ps4 :(

PS3 version usually pings 100% and stuff like that hmm.
