I'm unaware of Savemax, but Save Wizard for PS4 supports the latest PS4 firmware and has been keeping up to date for quite some time. The other resigning software I've heard of only supports very old firmware, if at all. See links below for info on Save Wizard and how to use it. You would be using the "resign" function.

In order to get 'Like a Boss' trophy you need a save that is saved just before the last chapter in elite mode. You would load it up, play the last chapter which is short and not to hard, compared to rest of Elite mode, and trophy should pop up.
I am currently paying Elite mode and I am on chapter 7 out of 10.

EDIT: Took a quick look at the download. It is a RAR file. Check these two sections of the FAQ:
"I have watched Wosley's Tutorials but am still having trouble resigning this save." And "I am seeing the error message “no valid saves for import.†/ This RAR file is not cooperating with me."
