all collectibles main game + DLC ... all diffculty trophies + max level trophy ( pretty much everything u need for the platinum )

What exactly do I do to get all of these trophies to pop? I got all of the Mr Perky trophies when I loaded up the save. How do I get the rest of the trophies? Do I need to find a stage that has an easy glitch in it so that I can play the level on the hardest difficulty, 10 waves, online, invite only? That will make all of the remaining trophies pop? Also, I've tried a bunch of the level glitches but they don't work anymore because they have been patched up. Is there any level glitches that you know of that work online with version 1.15? I would really like to platinum this game but I do not really understand what is going on as I just start playing this game and have never played the first game.
