After you sync it on PS4 to your cloud, its not possible to sync it to your Vita!
(Maybe you must change the PSN name in the Save like in the PS3 Times, but its actual not possible with the PS4 Save!?)

Yeah you have to with latest patch before you could just resign it but now its another step.

How do I get it to sync up with my Vita. I'm using the US game save and I got all the trophies for the PS4 version of the game but I can't get the Vita and PS4 to sync up. I keep getting an error "error syncing save data".

Probably because the psn id of the original creator of this save is written somewhere in the savefile. if i remember correctly there was an similar error on the ps3 save. on the ps3 save u have to edit the psn id in order to synch.
