Do a barrel roll!
This has my original save with a normal amount of in game currency and all items, and a save with cheats applied.
Cheats:
Max Money
All Items
Hope it helps someone, if someone could test it and let me know what trophies pop that would be awesome
Edit:
All trophies EXCEPT 1 pop from my save.
You can get the last trophy from Hector.R's save. I quoted him below. Thanks for the help!

Any one else having issues popping the trophies with this save that have to deal with beating the story chapters on all the difficulties? I have beaten them all and the trophies do not pop. Am I doing something wrong?
EDIT: I had found out that simply clearing chapter 16 on all the difficulties give these trophies, apologies.

Yeah, like a dummy I forgot to try beating every one of the chapters. Just beating chapter 16 on each difficulty gives them to you. :p
