Misleading topic. These are early mission saves, and they're all the same file copied on the three slots. You can use it as Starter Save and you should be able to unlock story-related trophies, as you have hours ahead of you to reach the ending on each save.

Just replay the last missions to get ending trophies.

Thank you for the response. From an earlier message it said all the files were the same file some time apart.
