I have here a working save for New Game + & Ultra Hard New Game +
Simply load save, then approach and interact with HADES. Job done, just watch/skip the long ending.
Also unlocks "Ended the war machine threat" so be sure to complete the main game before using the save.
(was tested whilst online and without profile save)
