here are some Endgame saves, I think I upload some more.
It is now a Semi Save Set
Slot 00 (auto save)
Pops on Load Runeweaver AND Jack-of-All-Trades
Judge Magister - Just Complete Trial 50
Slot 01
Reins of History - Defeat the Enemys
Exemplar - Actual Level 251, train Fran & Balthier 25 level up, in some high level Areas like Nabrudis, etc AND equip the Hina-Collage
Collector - Sell "the" 3 loot Items and buy the Morbid Urn (i dont know the English only the German names)
Slot 02
Pops on Load Runeweaver AND Jack-of-All-Trades
Hunter Extraordinaire (Fight against Yiasmat, he needs only ~4 hits), also Trial 98
Wings of My Own - Fight against the last enemy in the Bahamut
Assault Striker - Used Attackone more time
Spellslinger - Cast Magicks one more times
Premier Prestidigitator - Use Technicks one more time
Master Thief - Successfully stole one more times
Blood Dancer - Defeated one more foes
The Unrelenting - Play the trials to Level 30
Wayfarer - one more Step
Plunderer - Sell something or steal Money from an Enemy
Record Breaker - get one more
Spendthrift - Buy something
Privateer - Sell 1 more loot
Conqueror - get one more License Point
Slot 03
Pop on Load Runeweaver
Cartographer - explore the last 2 Maps in archadis
Slot 04
Pops on Load Runeweaver?? AND Jack-of-All-Trades??
Mist Walker - use any Concurrence (Save by L-Griever)
Slot 05
Pops on Load Runeweaver?? AND Jack-of-All-Trades??
Scrivener (Save by me and Monkey177 collect all Monsters)
Save Imperator (with GOD MODE)
Pops on Load Runeweaver AND Jack-of-All-Trades
Imperator - Defeat the 5 Judges.
Use the Instruction in the Download. Easy with God mode, Hard without God mode.
Save Master Swordsman
Pops on Load Runeweaver?? AND Jack-of-All-Trades??
Master Swordsman - Just defeat Gilgamesh (Save by Monkey177)

I think yes, because i got the Yiasmat Trophy in the Trials, but i test it tomorrow.

I did not use these saves other than cryptographer; however I got all the polls in trials on my own save. The exception being Gilgamesh which I had to do logically and uploaded to this thread.

I keep seeing that someone says that black hole is the hardest to get. For me the hardest concurrence is the luminiscence one 
Just to get 3 times for each level is very hard. I was close to do one more level 3 and dang when i pressed, it didn't respond and ran out of time sigh. For Black hole it's easier because you just keep pressing and you don't need to worry how many times for each level you did while on luminiscence you have to do exactly 3 times for each level. If you do one more you just messed the results of concurrence.
Edit: Mr Mind do you think that if you make a save where you did all concurrences, would it work? I mean do one more concurrence (it doesn't matter what) and it would unlock?
Edit 2: Just got it. It was strange though as i did 4 times on level 1, 2 times on level 2 and 3 times on level 3. I did a final time on level 2 and it did Luminiscence. I guess it prioritize the last one.

I just uploaded my Scriviner save as just been hunting all day hahahaha, not sure if you need that.
I have like 60+ hours on this game and still not managed to get Mist Walker
