Life Savior
The save is at the beginning of chapter 4 where you can collect the last 1 or 2 collectibles, getting you:
Toyful Child
Full Wardrobe
The Truth
It's a process
Sweet Memory
Complete chapter 4 and 5 ( the shortest chapters in game, around 45 min both getting all remain collectibles) and you will get:
No hope
To let go
Break one more jar and lit one more fire and get:
Jars in the sand
Lighten up
After get the final Dress equip it and select the chapter 3 and get:
Blend-in with the surroundings
Use chapter select after finish chapter 5 and you can get the chapter especific trophies.
Follow this guide for the collectibles and other trophies:
