When I try to replace the saves on my ps4 it says it belongs to another player, what am I supposed to do ?

You need to resign it using a program called Save Wizard. See below:

lol I didn't know you had to pay to use someone else's save =Z

For what it's worth, Save Wizard also has cheats built in for many games, more added all the time. Plus for a good deal of those games, the ability to edit the save files yourself to go above and beyond the cheats they develop for you.
