do any trophies pop for this? anything special you have to do for the story trophies? ie. complete one story mission to get all of the related trophies?

EDIT: answering my own question here. yes trophies DO pop. i ran one set of endless eclipse layers and all associated trophies popped including the collection ones. there are a few character specific missions that you will have to do yourself but everyone is max level so that shouldnt be a problem. i already had the other story related ones so couldnt test though.

I have some issues with this. There are 4 save files? which one(s) do I use? I did #2 and I don't have the following:
Collect all BGM
Collect all accessories
Gallery achievements 100%
Any of the delve #of endless eclipse
And of course, all the other ones that require you to do something as a certin character requires you to unlock yourself.
This has 4 save files in it, which one do I use? I tried #2 and got 45% of the trophies, is that correct?
