I just extracted it just fine. Are you fully extracting it? Save Wizard cannot read RAR files. There are many different CUSA folders inside of this package which is why it's all bundled up. What you need to do is extract it all, then for each save you want to use, take just that CUSA folder and only that CUSA folder (with the PS4 save files inside of it), then create a ZIP out of the CUSA folder. Do that for each save, then "import" each ZIP you create one by one.

I found a solution for this, download the save then convert the file from rar to zip file by this website: https://cloudconvert.com/ then the file will open
