67/68 Treasures - Last treasure is located on the side of the train.
23/24 Guns Used - I think the last gun is the (D. Sniper Rifle) inside one of the train cars.
at 0:57 is the last treasure in the video below

No one has made a lockbox save for US. There was one that was like two away but it was removed by the uploader since it wouldn't unlock the other trophy they were advertising.
