Delete your all profile saves for unlock trophies Easy, Normal, Hard, Crushing and Brutal ! (you will play only the last chapter on this game "Uncharted 1" e "Uncharted 3" on easy level)
it's for the CUSA02320. It's a american version, the save has 100% completion.

Someone please help - I am able to re region to CUSA02344 with Save Wizard - the save can be transferred to PS4 - it’s not corrupted - I can see it in users save data - when I start game it always starts new game - no option to load save but it is definitely on PS4 in user save data.

Worked fine for me. There's a load part at bottom
