where is the last splitter?

any tip where is last shard ?

Need USA. Also need a save for globally offensive

For those wondering about this save.
It doesn't auto unlock any trophies.
You will earn all characters to level 20 when you level up red card to lvl 20.
Completing the global offensive will not pop the trophy. I tried. It simply resets the offensive and you have to take over the areas again.
The last shard is to the bottom left corner of the map (in China town. I think that what its called) it should auto appear on city map so you can find it. The trophy will pop for that.

Also, while all costumes are unlocked, equipping them doesn't give the trophies for each squad.
I tried carnage a trois and bombshells and nothing popped.
Also, you won't get all vehicles trophy either even though all vehicles are unlocked.

I did some research around this game. The latest patch on the game has glitched trophies.
On my original save I need a gravity dominator to appear and it won't spawn.
I have unlocked the costumes and equipped the sets and still no trophies.
I also unlocked all vehicles and nothing popped.
The remedy for these errors is to delete the update patch and play on the basic version of the game.
However as my copy is from the psn store, I can't remove the patch.
I have contacted the developer of the game on twitter regarding trophies glitching. Still waiting for a response.

However I am struggling with Hardcore Gamer, I've already replayed every mission on difficult 8, but still no trophy. If any of you have a save for it, please upload it.

Has anyone attempted turning this save into a US save using advanced mode? I'm going to give it a try even though I don't know what I'm doing. I need to read up on how to do this.
