This save is right before choosing the Ducati, Repsol Honda or Movistar teams so pick one and win a race then reload save two more times and win with each for other two team trophies. Reload save again and complete season like 2-3 races and you get MotoGP champion. Then complete the last Challenge the Champions and Real Event for those 2 trophies.

So in summary it will get you these trophies:
Ducati Love, Yamaha Love, Honda Love, World Champion, It's All Coming back to me (Successfully complete all challenge the champions), Ah what memories (All real events), and All Present and Correct (All riders with a little bit of grinding).
You'll want to use this save about a day after getting all the other trophies to look legit.
