You just need to clear the game with Saya.

You should also be able to net the All Partners Used trophy by selecting Kaigen as your partner.

This save might pop other trophies but I'm not sure, regardless the rest of the trophies are very easy and can be grind out in Versus Mode in under 1 hour.

Now if only there was a way to unlock the combo trophies with a save file, 'cause that's all I'm missing (and I suck at fighters). xD
