Save Point
Resident Evil 4 (EU) load up the professional final chapter game save.
Equip the PRL 412 Laser and blast away. 1 hit should do. Trophy pops after the final cut scene.

2. Open a save from YOUR region in advance mode and replace the first value with the same value it currently is. (If you don't you'll get an error.)
3. Click Import and choose the decrypted save file. Once Imported, hit apply.
Super easy method I followed to re region. Only took about 5 min.
If you still can't figure it out I will re-re-region lol when I have time. Didn't think I'd be uploading so I saved over the checkpoint file with a cleared game file.
