I haven't seen that save file anywhere, so I share mine wih you.
Just as Instruction file says - Replay "Chamber of Exorcism" from Expeditions tab from Main Menu, without taking any damage (fall damage counts as well, so don't jump or fall down).

You need to be online in order to unlock the trophy. Playing offline wont let you get the trophy. Thanks mate
