I'd like to contribute my COMPLETE save set for 7 DAYS TO DIE[CUSA03446]
This is a small collection of 6 saves for every trophy in the game and instructions in the form of a roadmap.
I have also included a save for a popular glitch for player kills.
Please note i put a lot of work into these sets!! If you download and they help you please respond to let me know!

ROADMAP
This is done in legit/natural unlock order; a suggested time between trophies is also listed.
if you want to do it faster I suggest looking up speed run times on another site
I suggest force closing the game each trophy so you don’t accidentally pop trophies too close together!
Save 01
REMEMBER: YOU MUST IMPORT BOTH "PROFILE" AND "WORLD"
Good in the sack
use R1/L1 to select bedroll, press L2 to place it
Cause he's the Ax Man [+1min]
press Square to open Crafting, select Stone Axe under basics, press UP on the D-Pad to craft it.
Handy Man [+1min]
press Square to open Crafting, select wood frame under basics, press UP on the D-Pad to craft it.
Alexander Bell[+15min](Craft 50 Items)
press Square to open Crafting, select bow under weapons/ammo, press UP on the D-Pad to craft it - then select arrow and craft them until it pops.
Note: if you don’t want the next two to pop together, kill yourself before killing a zombie to lower your score
The Grave Digger [+15min](Kill 10 zombies)
Kill 1 more zombie
Scavenger(Scored 10 in a Single Game)
kill 1 more zombie
Brush with Death [+10min]
50 Minutes Lived in a Single Player Game,
will pop automatically after 10 minutes of loading the save.
Evil Knievel [+10min]
Break your leg, jump off the cliff that you spawn next to, might have to do it more than once)
Bite the Dust [+10min](die 5 times)
kill yourself 1 more time
Knock em Dead [+15min](Die 25 Times)
Kill yourself 2 more times after "Bite the Dust"
Save 02
REMEMBER: YOU MUST IMPORT BOTH "PROFILE" AND "WORLD"
Christopher Columbus [+5min](Travel 10 Kilometers)
should pop on load, move around
The Homestead Act [+20min]
Select your "land Claim box" with R1/L1 and use L2 to place it
Playing Doctor [+5min]
open character menu and remove all clothing/armor
select the med kit with R1/L1, then let yourself get hit by a zombie
until the game says your bleeding out, use health pack if you get low
on health and when you are bleeding and use it the trophy will pop
Note: WARNING IF YOU DIE IT WILL POP THE 100 DEATHS TROPHY
Benjamin Franklin [+10min] (Craft 500 Items)
Craft 1 more item
Your Number's Up [+60min] (Die 100 Times)
die 1 more time
The Picture of Good Health; Healthy as a Horse; Fit as a Fiddle; Alive and Kicking
(Reached 125 - 200 in Wellness)
keep eating vitamins until you pop all the trophies, leave a gap to look legit, in-between other trophies even better
The Embalmer [+60min] (Kill 100 zombies)
kill 1 more zombie
Adventurer [+10min]
Scored 50 in a Single Game
kill more zombies, ALTERNATIVELY KILL 1 ZOMBIE ON SAVE03
On Top of the World [+30min](Get up to the 255 meters height)
climb the ladders/boxes in the base
Napoleon(Kill 10 Players)
kill 1 more player, invite them to the game or join a random multiplayer game
Henry Ford [+60min](Craft 1500 Items)
press square to open Crafting, the select "wooden frame" on the right of the window you will
see a number press the far right arrow to set all available and press up on the D-pad to craft
Julius Caesar [+120min](Kill 100 other players)
kill 1 more player after "Napoleon trophy
invite them to the game or join a random multiplayer game
Save 03
REMEMBER: YOU MUST IMPORT BOTH "PROFILE" AND "WORLD"
SAVE03 CONTAINS 2 WORLDS! IMPORT BOTH!
Ferdinand Magellan [+60min](Travel 50 Kilometers)
start a NEW game. move around and it will pop almost immediately.
NOTE: if you don’t want to pop this first DELETE settings/profile!
The Polar Bare Club [+10min]
Load, tigermarkFRZ, will pop on load
Near Death Experience [+60min](150 Minutes Lived in a Single Player Game)
Load tigermark NGU, will pop a few seconds after load.
Nomad[+120min](Scored 250 in a Single Game)
Load tigermark NGU, Kill 2 more zombies
Save 04
REMEMBER: YOU MUST IMPORT BOTH "PROFILE" AND "WORLD"
The Mortician [+240min] (Kill 500 zombies)
kill zombie, should be at least one opposite
the door in front of you.
Thomas Edison [+60min](Craft 5000 Items)
press square to open crafting,
select wooden frames press the far right arrow next to the number of items to craft
press up on th dpad to craft all
Warrior [+60min](Scored 500 in a Single Game)
kill 5 zombies
Dig Deep [+60min](Get down to 3 meters or bedrock)
open the door infront of you, go into the pit on the right, press triangle to pick up boxes to get to the bottom
Genghis Khan [+240min](Kill 500 other players)
kill 1 more player, invite them to game or
join a mulitplayer game and get a kill.
Save 05

Marco Polo[+90min] (Travel 250 Kilometres)
should pop on load
Survivalist[+60min](Scored 1000 in a Single Game)
kill 1 zombie
Meet Your Maker[+20min] (Die 500 Times)
die 1 more time
Dirty Larry[+60min] (Kill 44 punks (zombies) with a 44 magnum)
kill a zombie with the magnum
The Funeral Director[+240min] (Kill 2500 zombies)
kill 5 more zombies
Alexander the Great[+240min](Kill 2500 other players)
kill 1 more player, invite them to game,
or join a multiplayer game
Save 06

Cheated Death(500 Minutes Lived in a Single Player Game)
should pop on load
Nearly Immortal(1250 Minutes Lived in a Single Player Game)
wait 5 minutes
Neil Armstrong(Travel 1000 Kilometers)
will pop on load, just walk 1 second.
Note: if you don't want to pop it immediately then delete "profile/settings"
PLAYER KILLS GLITCH SAVE
REMEMBER: YOU MUST IMPORT BOTH "PROFILE" AND "WORLD"
This save is for a popular player kills glitch. I've included it as finding online players can be difficult without a boosting friend.
load the save, enter the fort/complex in front of you
to your left there is a "open sign" building with a trader inside
enter the building and keep attacking the trader with the "torch"
(hold R2)
after about 30 seconds player kills will rapidly start to rack up and pop the relevant trophies
if you want to attempt to make it look legit force close the game the second the trophy you want pops.

They can be resigned without cheats being added,
I have already provided a save for the player kills glitch and legit kills in the set.
I’ll finish the 1000km trophy when I get back on Thursday if no one has uploaded one by then

Sorry I meant re-region.. I am using the CUSA03455 version [EU] which sucks. I literally only have the distance to go I'm currently on 300Km but the remaining is going to take approx 24hrs real time (riding the bike) and that has to be refuelled every 25 mins.
I tried leaving my PS4 on and having my character just walking but that was incredibly slow like x6 longer. so I will just do a few hours a night I guess until I have it. (lucky I have 2 ps4's so I can actually play something while doing this stupid trophy 4 the plat.

Thanks, but I don't see how that would help?
Like I said it's only the distance trophy I need now, [Currently @ 365KM] its just going to take time. by my estimate its going to be 22.5hrs which is 53 more times going around in circles on the bike... I hate trophies like this.
My only hope is it will be a little quicker, due to playing online on a friends host, distance on that game is unknown but it would have been quite a bit. only time will tell...

For this trophy it will not help at all but i mean for something else since there is a base built on the saves
