If you use Save Wizard you can add cheats like..max ammo.. max ingredients.. max seringes.. max skill points.. max green gel.. etc.. so dont worry on how much items the save has.

Yes.. your saves.. and if you resign this save to your id.. any save but it has to be with your pns id
