Playing through this at the moment and I noticed there was no save for 20 Unique Jumps or Rampages so I made my own for anyone who might need it, feel free to add it to the first post.
With this save you should unlock:
Blood in the Streets (Pass all 20 Rampages.)
Wheels Up (Complete 20 unique jumps.)
Right-hand Man (2,500 Criminal Rating) - Should unlock upon completion of the last Rampage
Instructions:
Load Slot 1
Both are on 19/20
The missing ones are Jump #2 in Shorside Vale and Rampage #17 from this guide: You must login or register to view this content.
Unique Jump #2 - Located inside the airport. Once you reach the first hangar you will see the boarding stairs next to the plane. The stairs are the jump. Clear the plane to complete the unique jump.
Rampage #17: Run over 16 Cartel gang members in a vehicle in 2 minutes
Location 17a: Behind the FATGURGER billboard in front of the Francis International Airport.
Location 17b: North of Francis International Airport, just south of the Hospital.

Thank you so much for this. If you are not to far into the game can you make saves for the story mission trophies. Like right before you do the mission that gives the trophy

I honestly forgot about saves before story related missions sorry.
I've already got A Marked Man, Offshore Delivery and A Gift from the King trophies.
However I'm only 2-3 missions away from the end so you should be able to get the Not So Fast trophy with slot 8.
There is only 1 RC mission left to do also in Shorside Vale which will unlock Man Toyz
