Just enter the Climax Battle Mode from the main menue. You just need to resign the profile save ("99" file). Beat the last Climax Battle and you´ll get the trophy.

This is a great save mate thank you! Sadly, I'm still struggling with the final battle cuz I'm crap at it Haha!

Beat the game but cant beat that insane 5 boss line up with no health potions and only 10% hp increase between fights.
Also that Kiwami Perfectionist save someone else posted doesnt work for me, in the list of all the saves its the only one thats black instead of white and just doesnt load.

There's the trick most people use for the climax battles in Kiwami, and the trick I used. What most people did was a Heat move called Tiger Drop. If you can get the timing right, it does massive damage. Myself, I didn't like it. The timing is just too precise and if you mess it up in a longer climax battle like that last one, it's just annoying.

This is what I did: I forget the exact controls, but if you instead just dodge around like crazy, you will build up heat very quickly. Something about dodging makes Kiryu increase the heat gauge, which I never noticed until the climax battles. Once your heat is topped off, if you hold down the guard button (R1 I think) you will see a heat action icon with a Triangle button. That heat move doesn't do a ton of damage but it does enough and you'll still have a lot of heat to spare. And you can keep building it back up with the dodge button. Again, it's R1 and Triangle. It's pretty safe, since you're building heat by dodging and then unleashing heat while guarding. If you get lucky, the controls are about the same as Tiger Drop so if someone's charging at you right as you hit it you'll wind up doing one of those anyway.

That method does take longer than the Tiger Drop method - I think it took me 40 minutes for that last climax battle - but it's a heck of a lot easier at least for me.
