You need to complete every last episode in all chapters.
Don't worry about the max lvl trophy it will pop with the first hit in any game.
You will have 80-90% the rest of them need to be done on your Own (very easy)

i don''t quite understand, what do you mean by (shanks game and last game)?
EDIT: Never mind, got it, if it's unclear to someone else then you just have to continue the dreamlog and then fight shanks, the top of the map and then the last level, two steps behind the island with shanks. Also for the chapters, i only had to complete one chapter then every trophy related to legend log and crew level did pop up.
