The last trophy I need is the A++ and I'm trying to get the last 5 on your save but it's been rough lol... I do appreciate the save it's helped me heaps I was sitting at 65% for ages now I''m getting closer to 90%

I just need the trophy Best Surgeon in the World trophy for A++ on all operations.
Sucks it was patched because I'd have the plat right now.. I tried doing the last 5 you need on the save but just can't get it
FInished the time trial ambulance ones and the space blood loss ones just stuck with 1 trophy.
Does anyone have a save with all A++?

Well, good news is there are tools that allow you to download PS4 digital games v1.00. Bad news is, they say, it might not work for every game.
