It's recommended to play the game once before using this save. You can also unlock Ariadne trophy for beating the game. With this save you don't have to do another full playthrough. It's an easy 100% and an interesting one in my opinion so enjoy the game for what it is. All the other trophies need to be done in a single run from what I understand.

Just walk forward into the center of the field and let the scenes play out all the way through the entire ending credits without doing anything. You will unlock Doam and then the platinum!
