DO THIS AND IT SHOULD WORK.
Delete all your data ( Profile and all Saves ) Put the ones you downloaded on your PS4 start the game.
Go to chapter select ( Chapter 22 should say 0 Treasure )*
Load it
Jump in the water swim down grab the treasure.
NOTE I DID THIS ON VERSION 1.00 OF THE GAME CAUSE IT GLITCHED ON ME ON THE CURRENT VERSION.

What trophy is this supposed to pop, treasure master?
I had the same corruption issue. Loaded this save and chapter 22 now says 0. But nothing happens when I collect the treasure
