When i tried to copy it i get "the saved data cannot be used be cause they are for another player".
How to solve this ?

You need to resign the save data to your own profile. You can use Save Wizard for this.

I mean, do i have to launch a mission to have all trophies or something like that?

this isn't really a save for trophy to pop.. you might get a few ones doing one more action but this save is more to have fun with OP weapons (even doe with all patches now the game is preatty restrictive).
with the save i was able to remake my old way of nioh build but this time in +100 equipement ^^
