All can be obtained, although I'm not sure if the ones where you have to upgrade your augmentations is, since they are all maxed. So if it doesnt pop when you are playing or after Vaclav Kohller "fix" you after the bombing, then you might try to get these augmentation trophies in the hardest difficulty since its basically a new game. But everything else you can get normally.

Do you mean that the save can pop every trophy of this game?

I tested the "SAVE" yesterday and only got:
-We Are Human Beings
-Pacifist
-Tablet Collector
-Spokes in Two Wheels
-He's [Not] Dead, Jim
-The Supreme Enlightened
These 3 I got them on my own:
-The Invincible Body, Fighting an Iron Devil
-Invisible War
-Ground Mail Was a Better Option
It would be missing these two trophies ...
-I Never Asked For This
-Foxiest of the Hounds
-We Are Human Beings
-Pacifist
-Tablet Collector
-Spokes in Two Wheels
-He's [Not] Dead, Jim
-The Supreme Enlightened
